Lower Columbia Mental Health Center is seeking a relief Certified Nursing Assistant support to our Mental Health Crisis Support Unit. Provide assistance to nursing and clinical Staff: Nursing care as assigned, monitor medications, chart review and documentation, obtain health and psychiatric history of patients. Prefer knowledge of the mental health system and interest in working with psychiatric disorders. Minimum requirements current Certified Nursing Assistant license to apply and ability to work varied shifts. Competitive salary with shift differentials.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physisician Assistant

We are recruiting for a full time psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our area’s community mental health center. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant works with an interdisciplinary treatment team serving some of the area’s most vulnerable citizens. Our agency is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit comprehensive community mental health center. We have served Cowlitz County, Washington (pop. 102,000), since 1953. Our patients predominantly have severe psychiatric disorders and additional life circumstances requiring support. We have a full range of recovery-oriented treatments including outpatient individual and group therapies, case management and DBT.

Pay and Benefits
        Annual salary range DOQ $74,880 to $89,440 per year
        3 weeks of vacation to start, 4 weeks after 1 year, 5 weeks after 4 years

Job Structure
        40-hour workweek
        Monday, through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
        Medication assessment and management (adults)
        Outpatient only, no call
        90-minute intake assessments, 30-minute follow-ups
        Team treatment environment, several therapists and case managers on staff
        Report to Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Cesar Rafano, MD
        Medical Department includes 2 MD, 1 NP/PA, 1 RN, 3 LPN and 1 Case Manager
