Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physisician Assistant
We are recruiting for a full time psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our area’s community mental health center. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant works with an interdisciplinary treatment team serving some of the area’s most vulnerable citizens. Our agency is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit comprehensive community mental health center. We have served Cowlitz County, Washington (pop. 102,000), since 1953. Our patients predominantly have severe psychiatric disorders and additional life circumstances requiring support. We have a full range of recovery-oriented treatments including outpatient individual and group therapies, case management and DBT.

Pay and Benefits
• Annual salary range DOQ $74,880 to $89,440 per year
• 3 weeks of vacation to start, 4 weeks after 1 year, 5 weeks after 4 years

Job Structure
• 40-hour workweek
• Monday, through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Medication assessment and management (adults)
• Outpatient only, no call
• 90-minute intake assessments, 30-minute follow-ups
• Team treatment environment, several therapists and case managers on staff
• Report to Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Cesar Rafano, MD
• Medical Department includes 2 MD, 1 NP/PA, 1 RN, 3 LPN and 1 Case Manager
