Eligibility
Cowlitz County Guidance Association provides mental health care tailored to fit your needs. We have a wide range of professionals, skilled in therapy, counseling, psychological evaluation, psychiatric medication and case management.
Financial Eligibility
- We accept most insurances.
- We have a generous sliding fee schedule for people with limited ability to pay.
- Free services are available.
- To receive reduced fee, or free, services, you must be a resident of Cowlitz County. If you're not a Cowlitz County resident, we can help you find similar services in your county of residence.
Clinical Eligibility
- Clinical eligibility for services is decided by your insurance or other payment source.
- Most insurances will simply base clinical eligibility on your request for services and your clinicians opinion.
- State-sponsored services, such as Medicaid or other free services, require a clinical assessment. That assessment will determine your eligbility for ongoing services.
